Hat tip to the homeowner with integrity, who rehabbed the wood ceiling correctly, instead of painting everything white, like a drunken Joan Crawford yelling at her children with a paint brush at three in the morning.
“Paint! PAINT that ceiling!”
“But mommie, this is an historic treasure by a noted architect!”
“I TOLD you I am allergic to wood! I… WANT… WHITE… CEEEILINGS!!”
For that kind of money, they could have at least smeared some stucco on those raw brick walls outside!
