The REO sale in Rancho Penasquitos finally wrapped up yesterday!

I guessed high; $423k. Guess the freeway is a killer.
There were closed model-match sales this year of:
$382,500 on 6/28/10
$420,000 on 3/30/10
$429,300 on 5/18/10
$433,000 on 3/30/10
The freeway was at least a -10% hit, but it was remarkably quiet all considered. The buyer is supposed to be a flipper, but yesterday it looked like they were moving in.
I went $330K caysh on this one. Need to work on that freeway pricing. Must’ve threw in a grappling hook for easy access on this one Jim. Congrats on the sale!
