I like it!!! You’re absolutely right, paying less and customizing it the way you want it is definitely the way to go.

We avoid short-sales like diseases so when this house went on the market we drove by it and thought it was a good deal but thought good luck with any buyer trying close on it. JtR did it. Bravo.

Just my opinion/taste but I would have done a couple things different in the bath (at no add’l expense, btw):
1. Trim the mirror in wood because it “softens” the overall look.
2. The ceiling light did not match the lights over the mirror. I would have chosen a different celing light fixture.
3. The shelf in the shower will tend to collect water stains after time. A better approach would have been a tiled depression to store soap, shampoo, etc.
My intent here is simply to provide alternative choices to remodels thru personal experience, not to dish.

Nice bath, nice price for the work done. Heather backed by English lavenders and sage in the front planter area and you’re good to go.
