I usually sell nice homes in premium markets…….these are not representative of my regular business.

Got a quick glimpse of Bryce’s mug on the window sign..

Off topic, but there’s new legislation proposed to require appraisers to inflate home prices by ignoring distressed sales:

I mean really, if somehow this passed and was enforced banks and buyers would simply not buy or heavily discount the affected homes. Banks already refuse to lend to many places on distressed criteria. The essence of this law is the hope that you can trick everyone into throwing their money at the housing problem to solve it, as always.

    219-220k.
Most buyers at that price range wont even know that its an HD cheeseball set up in the bathrooms. They will just see “granite” oohhh ahhh and the sort of stainless appliances.
Pretty sure your guys would have done a far better job JtR.

Cheesy bathroom fixtures aside, the big turnoff is the I-5 noise.

I remember the ceiling and the interior walls were soaked from leaks from upstairs. Wonder if it’s been fixed or just painted over.

    painted over, of course.

That is the laziest gardener I’ve ever seen. My 7 year old does a better job.

My God! That is a beautiful Corvette!

Your condo looks great. I didn’t think all those holes would patch up.

I can see that lawn guy in my mind as clear as day:
Step 1 – Fire up the gas powered 1000 decibel weed whacker and “mow” your lawn.
Step 2 – Fire up the gas powered 2000 decibel leaf blower and “clear” the lot of unsightly mulch.
Step 3 – check on the time expended….13 minutes and 10 seconds.
Step 4 – send in that bill for 200 bucks!

That Vette was straight out of the movie Heavy Metal. Any regular readers here remember that classic animated movie from the 80’s? The opening scene with the ’65 Vette dropping out of orbit….classic.

Not sure about the Vette, but I do remember watching a few *ahem* “interesting” scenes in that movie. 😉

As for the parked cars next to the master bedroom, imagine this.

    – 3 AM.
    – Kid with baseball bat.
    – Taps each car firmly.
    – Car alarms go off.
