The Good The Klinge Realty Group operates like a finely tuned machine, with a very personal touch. If you’re interested Jim….I made a 2:30 video of our vacation home we’re building in Arroyo Grande (central coast). It’s about half way done…..it’s all framed and coming together. It’s on about 100 acres and it’s kind of out in the country a bit, but very quiet. It also has a nice view of a lake and the surrounding hillside.
So it might be cool to do an ‘update’ video sometime in the fall and then when it’s finished in December. Palmoar homes is building it and my Dad is pretty happy with them.
I’ll see if I can download it off my Dad’s camera.

About the Leucadia projects….I was just there and they haven’t started on the big lot on Ashbury & Vulcan. Also, the (shea owned) Nantucket is sitting idle.
Although someone has moved into the split level and somehow, someway…they are fitting in a pool back there (the backyard is like a side yard). And the short sale single story looks like it’s getting ready for someone to move in. The weeds are trimmed and, if I’m not mistaken, it looks like the stucco is getting ready to be redone.
But they are just going at it with the lot up on the north side of Hymettus! That’s the development where the neighbors got all mad because of the toxins floating around, allegedly.
Definitely flipper territory. The money and amount of work required for the upgrades would probably be too much for a new homeowner.
As for the fad car, we’ve got tons of them in Montreal! All of them extremely ugly! No thanks!
BTW, I’m almost ready to post a video review of the new Fiat 500. All that’s left is getting the sponsor.
