Man what a nightmare having such colleagues.
Must have been nuts in the heyday when everyone and their mother was getting a RE license. But must have been huge satisfaction when they started dropping like flies in 2007-8

So is the listing agent trying to pull a fast one to keep other realtors out? Is this another example of SS/REO fraud or, at the very least, shady behavior?
