Jim, the answer to your question is Yes, I am absolutely considering you to be my agent but before I do that I hope to meet you and speak to you.
I am not in SD right now, but will be there from 5th to 16th of February and will be moving definitely by July and I am looking to buy a house yes, I must admit that your blog has helped me a lot to make sense of the market down there. Do you want me to contribute towards the payment of $225? I dont mind.
