Are the kids so attached to video games that smaller yards are preferred?

This yard is dwarfed by the super-sized house, but it backs to open space and might be tolerable for buyers who like the idea of a low-maintenance yard:

I am just glad I don’t feel compelled to live in CV .

I agree with JiJi. I am also thankful there are other comparable options to CV; let the other crazies fight it out in CV.

In regards to the small yards, JtR. I want the low maintenance yard because these days the kids are being shuttled all over the county for various activities……beach, sports, playdates. Additionally, we as a family like to travel to visit friends and families. Therefore, combine all of that in a two working – commuting parent household then the last thing I or the kids want to do is spend our free time pulling weeds and trimming hedges. I won’t rule out a small house on a large lot, but the large lot would have to have some premium attached to it. For me, the yard just needs to have enough combined space and greenery to comfortably entertain a small group of friends/family.
