This is one of the few places where you can find newer, larger one-story homes on good-sized lots. No wonder it blew of the market in the first few days, and over list price!

This is definitely one of the nicest homes I have seen on your site here JtR for that price point all across the board.
VERY nice sans Detroit River but am sure if that were gone, the price would be bumped at least a few hundred k.
For perspective purposes. Sold for 1.627 in 2006. Sold for 1.7 in 2008. Sold for 1.575 in 2013. Not sure what it means, but there it is.
