The open house today had about 30 groups come through. All but 2 or 3 were seriously looking and the serious ones have made offers on other properties in the last 2 months.

For some the price was a bit out of their range for others there was a little too much work to do. But, for at least three people the work needed for this one is not too daunting and there is the possibility that we may have 2 or 3 more offers coming in by tomorrow.

Nobody was complaining about raising rates just that we need inventory.
