Kathy, the old style are called toggle switches. The newer styles are the wider & flatter rocker switches, often called Decora switches. You can still install either type, but the newer ones will cost you more.
Seems like top dollar for quite close lot lines, zero upgrades, but a bit of a view. As much as I’d like a view…..pass.
