Did this guy just fall off the turnip truck?

Couple million easy. You can see the ocean. Heck, on a really really good day I can see the ocean. This house is like saying Merced is in Yosemite.

It’s too far away from the ocean to fetch a big view premium, and the sunset view? You can see a sunset in Kansas for Pete’s sake.

This is the big auction house we talked about last night that has sold 3 RSF houses for $28 million with no reserve on any of them. Interesting that they got talked into a reserve price by this old bag of wind.

Max view premium = when you can see and hear the waves, and can go stick your toes in the sand.

JtR: Kinda a blend of Beetlejuice and Flintstones aesthetic. Where are my 90 degree corners?

Hopefully, with the 11+ million dollars, Mr. Mann will then be able to purchase an even larger ego – he seems to be lacking.

This guy sounds like he inhaled just before they shot this video.

Also, it looks like a house someone with too much money built in the 1980s.

    IMO.

Apparently nobody told him “The Most Interesting Man in the World” is a caricature.

    Stay watching my friends….

This was like an extended riff on a Dos Equis commercial. The take away is you aren’t just merely purchasing a piece of property here, this is art. It’s a concept, but will it sell?

Maybe it’s me, but I don’t think using a guy who looks like he’s in the latter stages of a battle with cancer is the angle I’d use, if I were trying to move that property.
