If I win the Powerball, this will be my guest house. 🙂

Gotta love the point five pricing. Helps when people are using online listings and put in less than $33 million.

Seriously, anyone who can afford something like this… why not go with a blank slate and personal vision?

Jim, get back to work. You have offers to get accepted.

Being from Colorado originally I can see that this house isn’t going to work. There’s too much glass, the walls are too high creating too much open space to heat, and all those angles will probably leak over time. Durango gets really cold during the winter and the overall design looks like something that would work in California I’m not sure about Colorado.

The perfect house for living out in the middle of nowhere in Colorado is either a log cabin because of the durability or an Afame because you don’t have to shovel snow off the roof and heat rises to the attic where the bedroom typically is.

Of course if you have 33 million buying enough propane to keep your house heated 24/7 shouldn’t be a problem.
