I think that Jim’s walkthrough videos are an excellent tool! Most importantly, these are actual “walkthrough” videos with Jim’s comments and not just a slideshow of a home’s pictures with MUZAK playing in the background.
Since I started following Jim’s blog almost four years ago, these videos and Jim’s comments helped me become a better buyer and when we finally decided that it was time to get off the fence, we were much better prepared for the house hunt!

I’ve have a few listing agents tell me not to do a video, and instead just use the one they have online. When I explain that it’s my audio comments that help buyers see the reality, they have a hard time comprehending.
