    I do have a band-aid on my forehead here. They put a hole in my head and looked everywhere, but couldn’t find a thing!

    If only one of your loyal readers had predicted the entirety of this year’s price gains would be in the first half. 😉

    I would add that the 1.5%-3% price drops are probably seen as an insult to potential buyers. They saw the old price and didn’t bother. 3% on a million is rounding error.
