My videos get 100-200 views, and I have 1,065 YouTube subscribers!
This realtor starts a YouTube account three weeks ago, and does five videos on Housing Bubble 2.0.
He has 5,721 subscribers, and 9,976 views of this video with 408 thumbs up and 154 comments! People must be attracted to doom?
You tell me – would you rather see and hear this format style and data?

Youtube did change their format – when you click on the channel name it only shows the last five videos, so I stand corrected on that.
He has many videos with views in the five figures, up to 45,000!
Even an old school broken watch is right 2 times a day. Make enough predictions and you will eventually be right. “Economists and are the only people paid to be wrong” said my econ professors in college. At 19, I did not know how true that was. Brilliant comment.
About six mins into this guy’s video and I was starting to doze off! But, I forced myself to watch the rest of the video and I was not impressed. He’s just sitting at a desk and reading off articles that support his negative assumptions. Sure, a lot of that stuff has merit, but you need to look at the bigger, global picture.
As for his number of views and subscribers, I’m showing that he actually started this channel on May 14, 2015, per the “About” link on his YouTube page. And he’s got a total of 48 videos, with the first one being posted on: Jun 1, 2018
I suppose that gloom/doom is similar to the “if it bleeds, it leads” type of mentality with news stories. People are more attracted to that type of stuff.
Personally I like your videos better, since they’re mostly out in the streets and actually walking through houses, developments, etc. and then providing commentary. Which is 100% more entertaining, as well as educational!
Keep up the great work and hopefully more of us will continue to share your postings and videos with our own personal networks and help grow your viewer base!
P.S. – I see a lot of other “YouTubers” always ask their viewers to like and share their videos and to become subscribers to their channel. Maybe you just need to do the same thing at the end of all your YouTube videos? “The squeaky wheel gets the grease.”
