Richard was the listing agent in 2014 when Tamara’s clients paid $620,000 for this 1,296sf Encinitas house built in 1974.  At the time, it was tenant-occupied and in its previous condition – I dubbed it a ‘light fixer’:

They put in the work, and listed it last week for $879,900 – here’s what happened:

    How do you even possibly handle 20 offers in one day without screwing up?

    I don’t know how she handled it here but most agents would ignore the lowest half, and respond to only the highest 3-5 offers. After all, aren’t they the most serious?

    I would counter-offer all 20 offers. Nobody knows how much any of them might pay.
