Reminds me of the videos you were posting back around 2007. The good stuff 🙂 Feels like we’re back in bubble land. Rich T posted latest graphs of prices vs income and rents, and we’re starting to get pretty airy! This next 1-2 years will be interesting for sure. I wouldn’t hold my breath tho, last time it took way longer than we all thought for sanity to prevail.
