Just an early-frenzy temperature check here – how many people are out looking at an older condo priced at $1,550,000 in the first week of January? I saw 20+ visitors INSIDE the home. Link to listing
Agent said he already has three people who want to write a full-price offer!
Hmmm. Agent says they have 3 people who already “want” to write offers. I’ve heard the same comment from other agents at other homes, with the same number of people who want to provide an offer. Is this a new selling tactic?
Is this a new selling tactic?
Beats me.
I encourage all showings and offers. Why would any seller or agent want to put ANY restrictions on those?
Yet on half the new listings, you see this in the confidential remarks: “NO MORE SHOWINGS!” a day or two before it gets marked pending.
If you don’t have an accepted offer in writing, you should keep showing the property.
