    Example of mortgage terms being offered today on apartments:

    Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation arranged a $15.043 million loan to KSB Development, LLC to refinance Santa Fe Townhomes, a Vista housing project at 1470 S Santa Fe Ave.

    Chad O’Connor, executive managing director of capital markets in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office, secured the loan.

    “The location of this newly constructed apartment complex in the heart of Vista makes it an incredibly attractive asset,” O’Connor said.

    The loan has a five-year, fixed interest rate of 5.9% and a 65% loan-to-value.

    Built in 2022, the project has 45 two-story townhomes with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
