I agree – I think it’s the only one where the waves are pounding on your foundation for the last 60 years!

When you get waves pounding at your foundations is like living near a train station, the blessing becomes a curse as the constant battering of waves will have you spend many sleepless nights. The crushing of waves feels good because we soon get away from it but when you live that close , there is no way to ignore it.
Plus, in that area , it’s mostly grayish and foggy , you have to wait late afternoon for some sunshine, with that kind of money, there are better and much cheaper places to enjoy the ocean.
I bet that whirlpool range works better than what we have today and can still be repaired if it has a problem
This place is pretty friggin’ cool! Can’t think of much like it except maybe properties on the sand in Del Mar or The Mushroom House in La Jolla.
