    Inflation.
    Covid work from home.
    Bay Area/Los Angeles/New York hodad invasion of San Diego.
    Low Interest Rates.
    Lack of Supply.
    People inheriting millions daily.
    Good stock market.

    The perfect melt up. Bubble or no bubble. I say somewhere in the middle.

    I wonder what the trend of median “last sales price of each property” is. Median Sales Price seems to have doubled since 2018/2019, but most are certainly not paying these prices. My mother-in-law has lived in the same place since early 1980s. Many of her friends haven’t moved since the 90s.
