I’ve ownerd there. NO, it’s not worth it. You cannot get insurance and too many restrictions to rent out. Does NOT PENCIL OUT. Just Airbnb. Don’t get caught up in the decorating of your mountain house.
Big Bear please. No need to look anywhere else. Continue to do to Big Bear what was done to Mammoth and leave Wrightwood alone.
