True! I rarely golf but every time I do, I usually have at least one intense negotiating conversation every time!
I looked at this house on Google maps and only lefties are going to slice into the house.
If you’re going to live one a golf course this isn’t that bad of a location.

Beautiful pics Jim! Awesome location. Know it well. Way back in my high school days being on the golf team we played that course formerly known as Vista Valley CC. Beautiful course and layout. We best hit it straight playing those links though ! Hope all is well my dude 🙂

Steve Stricker called the 4th hole the toughest he’s ever seen because the fairway is so sloped that every drive ends up down in the creek!
