Did you take the nets down for the photos? Living on a fairway…. Yeah, I’m that guy who shanks ’em into your yard!
No I left the netting up in the photos – it’s a positive feature!
I’m with you – it’s not whether I will hit a house, it’s which one!

*Wink* But Jim, don’t forget, you do some of your best real estate negotiations while on the golf course–especially talking with a buyer for an out-of-state property.
True! I rarely golf but every time I do, I usually have at least one intense negotiating conversation every time!
I looked at this house on Google maps and only lefties are going to slice into the house.
If you’re going to live one a golf course this isn’t that bad of a location.
It’s good you’re blocking people to your site now. Keep those with differing opinions out.
I’m blocking people?
Alcohol and ambien don’t mix dude – get some help before it’s too late.
Beautiful pics Jim! Awesome location. Know it well. Way back in my high school days being on the golf team we played that course formerly known as Vista Valley CC. Beautiful course and layout. We best hit it straight playing those links though ! Hope all is well my dude 🙂

Thanks Paul and I agree – it’s a tough track.
Steve Stricker called the 4th hole the toughest he’s ever seen because the fairway is so sloped that every drive ends up down in the creek!
This house has even Mark considering Vista!
He should – it’s God’s country!
Is he worried about fires? I’ll buy you a heavy-duty hose!
