The TinyFest comes back to the Del Mar Fairgrounds this weekend, starting at 10am. I’ll be in search of ADUs that can be fully installed at home for a reasonable cost – here was my tour from 2020:

ADUs aren’t a problem of strictly population density. It’s the cars, traffic, schools. No way any of those can be addressed by the associated increases in the various local taxes. I do not have a solution.
