We have known Jim & Donna Klinge for over a dozen years, having met them in Carlsbad where our children went to the same school. As long time North County residents, it was a no- brainer for us to have the Klinges be our eyes and ears for San Diego real estate in general and North County in particular. As my military career caused our family to move all over the country and overseas to Asia, Europe and the Pacific, we trusted Jim and Donna to help keep our house in Carlsbad rented with reliable and respectful tenants for over 10 years.
Naturally, when the time came to sell our beloved Carlsbad home to pursue a rural lifestyle in retirement out of California, we could think of no better team to represent us than Jim and Donna. They immediately went to work to update our house built in 2004 to current-day standards and trends — in 2 short months they transformed it into a literal modern-day masterpiece. We trusted their judgement implicitly and followed 100% of their recommended changes. When our house finally came on the market, there was a blizzard of serious interest, we had multiple offers by the third day and it sold in just 5 days after a frenzied bidding war for 20% above our asking price! The investment we made in upgrades recommended by Jim and Donna yielded a 4-fold return, in the process setting a new high water mark for a house sold in our community.
In our view, there are no better real estate professionals in all of San Diego than Jim and Donna Klinge. Buying or selling, you must run and beg Jim and Donna Klinge to represent you! Our family will never forget Jim, Donna, and their whole team at Compass — we are forever grateful to them.

That curved purple line is probably previous inflation. Run this again with current inflation and get a far different answer.
I find no value in this “analysis.”
I’m just glad we’re in the middle so people don’t get alarmed.
None of these ‘expert’ opinions amount to much, especially compared to what you see on weekend afternoons.
Jim,
Do you remember the days when you’d make a post like this one and you’d get 20-30 replies? I remember those days and I really miss them.
Have you considered setting up shop as a Facebook Group? I setup a Facebook Group for my Class of ’71 reunion on the East Coast. I’m really surprised how much traffic I get with no marketing costs. Btw… we never had our 2021 reunion. Mostly politics. Both internal and national. We’re going to try again in 2023. I’m from PA and the national politics run thick in PA.
Facebook Groups are really easy to setup and maintain. No high-paid consultant needed. And you have total control of the postings. You can delete any posting you don’t like. And as a recipient of your delete button many times, I quit posting at your website.

The idea of having more discussion sounds great, but it turns negative so quickly that it isn’t worth creating a bigger forum for it.
Because it is anonymous, people think they can say anything they want. They’re not searching for the truth – they want to bash others.
If there was a way to have constructive discourse about the issues at hand, then it would be interesting. But you would have to end the anonymous part to stop the hating.
I guess at Facebook group would be non-anonymous but bubbleinfo has been on Facebook for several years and never built any audience. I don’t want to start over.
