    not much needs to be done here in the way of upgrades…..other than new floors. Easy Peasy….move in breezy!

    On a side note, there is a bar in San Francisco called Butter. Their schtick is that they placed an Airstream inside and they serve bar patrons Hungry Man TV dinners and Stouffers Mac N’ Cheese.

    You could do something similar with that 3rd car garage with the roll up window leading to the courtyard. That would be a fun way to entertain.
