Today there are 2,678 homes for sale in SD County (for 3.3 million people!) and the median list price is $1,100,000. There are 51% of the active listings that are priced over $1,000,000. It includes all property types.
Let’s just look at the detached-homes:
Number of Actives: 1,660
Percentage priced over $1M: 68%
Number of Pendings: 1,454
Percentage priced over $1M: 46%
