   what would your recommend about investing in purchasing a 2nd single family home to use as a short term rental investment today. Seems to be a little unsure right now.

   The financial benefits will be there. It’s the physical attention to tenant turnover that makes the difference.

   Will you meet tenant-applicants and fix-it guys, run credit reports, do bookkeeping, and make all decisions on the fly? Or pay property management 10% to 18% to do an ok job?
