I think we can say that 2025 is looking a lot like 2024 so far!

We have 15% to 25% more active listings now, but buyers are picking out the creampuffs and ignoring the rest. The pile of unsolds should be growing every month, but maybe buyers just forget about them quickly and not be affected?
