It is just criminal to build houses that close to freeways. So much bad planning.
What’s criminal is the list price. Over a Mil. to be that close to I-5?! Skyros may have been as close, but at least there the view was looking down onto the freeway. Additionally, the Skyros property was larger and much newer.
Apparently, builders think that being close to the freeway isn’t an issue. Check out K. Hovnanian’s new development going in adjacent to the off-ramp at Poinsettia in Carlsbad.

Your point is loud and clear in this video as in all others. I just pointed out how nice the Leucadia house was on the inside while this one is meh. But to some people zip code is all important and I won’t be surprised some just may go for it. Cheers
