Is it just me….or do I sense that he has money problems? I have watched his show on a couple of occasions and it’s not about houses, it’s about drama with his various “helpers” and drama in his life. I don’t know how someone could go on TV and do the things he does on camera and still have an ounce of integrity and shame.

Who is he? Brad Pitt? A-list celebrities are probably nicer than that.

Better than paying thousands of dollars at Armando Montelago’s buy real estate class seminars. How does Armando schedule his seminars in different cities on the same hour of the same day? Jeff Lewis is at least known for his strange ways and not using Bravo to rip people off.

We like Jeff Lewis, were kinda bummed though when the show went from actual spec projects to more drama. I’m not going though if i cant take a pic with him.

This is marketing 101…create a false sense of urgency.
If the disclaimer wasn’t there, I doubt even 100 people show up the whole day.
With the disclaimer, maybe 110 people show up.
