Love that sunset…awesome.
These lists always get me curious:

I’ll usually check a few of the people at random, and today it led me to this:

“Is it cold where you are?” -JtR
You had to ask, huh, Jim? But mahalo for the gorgeous sunset…
So where can your loyal fans score JtR T-shirts and polo shirts?
I’d buy one, for damn sure… I want one that features both “Jim the Realtor” and “bubbleinfo.com”.
Come on, make it happen…
Saw this house last weekend. You forgot to go into the backyard bomb shelter under the large green metal door.
60 degrees and sunny on the Front Range today in northern Colorado…no snow in sight! But all the ski resorts are open…off to Steamboat next week.
As for shoveling snow, I paid the kids across the street $80 to shovel my driveway all winter long. They set the price via a reverse auction between the brothers and their parents for their driveway and bid the price down. I asked them how much their parents are paying, and matched it for my driveway.
Best $80 ever spent!
I loved the sunshine yellow/powder blue bath. Not that I want to live with it, but it’s a piece of history! The pink kitchen is going too far, though.

At least the owners “liberated their equity.” Wonder where the money went.
80° here today (West central FL)
Sorry Jim but this old Carlsbad boy ain’t comin’ back. I like my 5 acres, deer, wild turkeys and the fact that if I want rush hour traffic I have to drive 500+ miles to Seattle to find it. I also use the lawn tractor to plow the snow here in Montana.
-1 degree Celsius or 30 degrees Fahrenheit in Montreal yesterday, with SNOW!
Not much snow though. And not that cold either as long as you have the right gear. In fact, it’s about to get warmer during the next few days, so we’ll already lose what little snow we managed to get.
BTW, I live in an apartment, and I have no car. So no shoveling required. 🙂
