Even the $899 price around the corner is too much. There was a REO that closed way below those after if languished on the market forever. They must of taken a big hit off the bong before they priced this one… upgrades and all.
800K tops. Hummingbird is well-trafficked. It’s a commuting shortcut since they allowed Lupine to stay open. Those power lines are the bane of that neighborhood.

I ask because I can’t think of another place in SD county where these heavy transmission lines traverse right through the heart of some prime real estate.

“Power Lines” vs “Busy Roads” vs “No Privacy” vs “Tiny Lot/No Backyard” … Pick your poison. There are no perfect houses in Aviara (or for that matter your place of interest).
The ones that appear to be perfect are definitly NOT in your budget :).
