The Good The Klinge Realty Group operates like a finely tuned machine, with a very personal touch. There were some pretty nice touches in this place, including the master bath, open feel to the great room, even an outdoor shower on the side of the house. But some real misses too like the cheap floors, and the mater closets (hope you don’t own may clothes cause the’re not gonna fit). But the real miss is the price… That’s way too much for that neighborhood!
It is always easier to negotiate a price down rather than up. That is why one hires an estate agent or realtor.
