We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. What a said commentary that answering our phone is considered professional. People tell me all the time “thanks for calling me back”. The number one complaint that people have about real estate agents is they never call them back or they don’t stay in touch. Sad indeed.
