    you could live in one side and rent the other side out. Not sure how living next to your tenant would work?

    What’s a house this size with vs a duplex per sq. ft?
    We bought a duplex in Theel mar beach colony and are turning it into a large house because the house prices per sq ft are more then the duplex prices per sq. ft.

    I wonder if la costa is the same?

    This is a busier street here so less upside than on a nearby culdesac.

    The yard could propel it though – 2,800sf one-story would be around $750,000 or so, conservatively.
