    omg that place needs a lot of work. The brick countertop in the kitchen is going to lose half the buyers.

    What about that square wood flooring downstairs? That stuff is so old school. What do they call that? Must of been selling it cheap somewhere.

    What about the master bathroom tile? Nothing matches at all. The countertop tile , floor tile and shower tile are a mile apart.

    I guess you have some bones to work with. I do like the seperate little studio, cash flow baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Nice video Jim! Good to see you in my neck of the woods again. The house seems nice but the lot is a little small for that price point IMHO.

    Yes, there are a lot of issues with the tile, but the bones are very good. The size and shape of the living areas are very attractive and the windows are beautiful. It’s an interesting modern take on Craftsman style. If it were mine, I think I’d push it harder in a Japanese direction when remodeling.
