Here’s the audio update on our progress in Solana Beach.

    rob dawg,

That link reminds me of 2004 when everyone was tryn to buy to capture the appreciation that was around the corner.

Eight offers, Jim? Congrats! Can’t wait ’till the property closes and you can give some details how it all came together…

You can lie, cheat and steal, just don’t offend anybody.

JtR, Kayla or Rob Dawg: If you can reveal without penalizing yourselves, what ethics violation(s) is Ms. Realtor crossing? I am not privy to NAR “guidelines”. Thank you.

I don’t think anything she said was in direct violation, because the Code is mostly about transactional dealings, and realtor-to-realtor relationships. But Article 12 mentions:

The obligation to present a true picture in advertising, marketing, and representations

As far as she knows, it’s all blue sky ahead. Just because you got elected president, doesn’t mean you have to be good at forecasting.

Exactly! Prices attractively = priced realistically.

    Over-priced turkeys take note!
