Very good advice. The problem many have when they have toured a bunch of houses is they create the Unicorn House — an imaginary dream home based on an amalgam of positives they see at each house. If you are looking, challenge yourself on the first walk through to only pick out positives, actually say them out loud as you walk through. It’s hard. Then walk outside and start over and only pick out negatives, that’s easy….
