   Appreciate the information about estimated cost for repair/upgrade. (In this case converting the loft to bedroom). Very valuable info for us buyers.

   Joe and I go back to the late 1990s. He’s a great agent! He’s been with Klinge Realty since the beginning (2002).

   Great call on not wasting money on new carpet, since you would be trying to hit a moving target with buyers either not liking the choice or color, etc. So, just shave some off the price to accommodate the “buyers” choice of flooring! Genius! You would think more agents would be that smart! 🙂
