I think something people would like to see is maybe a cut to a floorplan showing where each room is located before the camera swoops into each area. A quick dissolve in/out would do it. I know the object of the video is to pre-sell and so making it smooth and professional (which your video certainly is) is very important. But at the same time it’s helping buyers are trying to figure out whether the home suits their needs, layout-wise. A great thing about video is you get a much more accurate sense of the architectural space, but at the same time, for a house of any size, it can be confusing how the pieces all fit together.

BTW, I think your listing is going to sell fast! (But I’m sure you know that.) I live one mile away, and so I know this area pretty well. Any SFD in this area for around that price seems to be in heavy demand. I get letters from realtors semi-frequently saying they have buyers who want my house. (It’s not for sale!)

Nice, smooth, polished video. It’s entertaining to watch. I do like seeing the eagle eye view of the house and how it fits into the neighborhood, almost like a live action Google map zooming in/out.
But still, prefer the JtR hands on approach style videos and hearing a play-by-play narrative about the house and its selling/value added features.
