Happy Father’s Day

I am proud to have Bryce Lucore, a fourth-generation local realtor, be part of Klinge Realty. Here’s a story about his great-great-grandfather, who was born in 1868 and moved to Oceanside in 1928. He was one of a couple of Realtors in Oceanside at that time. He sold property for 40 years in Oceanside/Carlsbad and when he retired at 99 he was one of the oldest active Realtors in the nation. (this article from 1964 – check his quotes in second column!):

If only he could have lived to see Obama realize the National Party’s dream.

Hm, guess I hadn’t noticed the production control plan of all commodities, necessities, comforts, and luxuries. Maybe you could supply a link? Or the special legal tender to take the place of money. Which is that? Not sure what this green stuff in my wallet is, looks like money.

Spend it while it’s still good. 🙂

“remove the bankers counterfeit pen and ink money which makes the many paupers and few millionaires”

    Word. Happy Fathers Day.

“A complete system of distribution to each person of their exact proportion of all things produced”

Sounds vaguely socialist. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

It’s no wonder why Bryce is one of the few agents who truly understands the market in North County…Great story.

The National Prty sounds like a great idea. His grand-father was ahead of his time!

“A complete system of distribution to each person of their exact proportion of all things produced”

That means that you get 1/300,000,000 of all wealth in this country…no more, no less.

Would you continue working with ambition at that point? Or just show up to your assigned job and half-heartedly pull the lever? LOL

It’s communism, which was flirted with in the 1930s-1950s here in America, until JFK started supply-side economics.

But you gotta love this quote, don’t you?

“There’s only one thing wrong with the system as it is now – everything”.
