Looks like we called the 2018 selling yer. Th next 5 weeks won’t make much difference. If the Fed actually is stupid enough to do a Dec rate hike then our 2019 predictions will be negatively affected.

Expect a December hike. The FED was stupid enough to do Quantitative Easing in the first place which was about rescuing the banks at the expense of everyone else. Reversing this is not stupid but logical.
Quantitative Easing distorted the risk-reward signal by making money almost free. That free ride for investors is over. Take a look at Facebook, Uber, and Twitter if you want to see the direction this is moving.
The banks are rescued and other investors are going to be left holding the bag. Removing liquidity and raising interest rates will erase the asset inflation.
The FED and the trend is your friend, that is until they are not.
