and yet, there are 3 “newly” listed houses that the doggo and I walk past every morning that are growing stale. One……maybe two of those listings are vacant. It would appear the listing agents just tacked on another 10% to the $/sqft, put the sign out front, and called it a day expecting multiple offers to come pouring in!!!
