Here’s the tour of the property that had 100 visitors during the first hour of open house.  Listed for $1,650,000, it got bid up to $1,811,000, or $873/sf for a 27-year old tract house! Closed on 7/29/21.

    Looks like it was first bought off the pinks in 1993 for $330,500.

    IMO it would be worth $200k more if the driveway were 6 feet longer.

    Interesting how much what is “hot” has changed over the past few years from most square feet of house on whatever sized lot to “privacy.”

    If only there were exurban valley terraced lot properties overlooking quiet views for sale over the owners’ dead bodies.

    Still is. It used to be “house” but now is “property.” The bigger the better.

    Budget $35k for new windows with an energy ROI of only a few years. Better, run a MBR balcony across the back, bump the family room out under that part of the balcony and sliders from the LR to the back yard.
